I'm really excited about all the faxes and e mail questions you all have been sending to me. It's almost overwhelming. I try to pick out the ones that have a central theme, then group them, and then write this tip of the week to solve that particular problem or question that is asked. So please be patient and eventually, one of these Tips of the Week, will give you an idea or a solution to the problem you wrote about. So many of you have e mailed or faxed me about "How do you write money making Free reports. Since this topic will be a long one, I'm going to spread it over a few weeks. This one is Part 1. The best advice I can give you is to write as though you were talking to someone. As though you were instructing your next door neighbor via the telephone. Every business owner, whether they are online selling or a neighborhood store, should create and develop reports for generating customers and for keeping customers coming back over and over again to purchase your products and services. By offering a free report to a customer, you are telling them that you are thinking of them, and you have a solution to a problem they have, or might have, in the future. Before I go into how you can use these report that you create, let me go over some of the techniques of how to create them. Any man, woman or child can write a report. Whether you create the report to give away free to your customers, or you create a report to sell on the super highway, or via classified ads in newspapers and magazines. You must have the knowledge of the subject through personal experience, or do the research on the topic you want to write about. A lot of women are better at writing successful money making reports based on better ways of solving household problems. And a lot of men write better reports on money making and how to get greater pleasure from leisure time activities such as fishing, woodworking or other hobbies. The list of subjects you can write about is endless. But reports on how to make more money easier and faster are no more limited to male authors than expertise in cooking is limited to female authors. So, anyone and everyone can write a report. Write in a style similar to the reports you used to do when you were in school. Do you remember the theme papers you used to have to research, outline and write for your final exam? Be factual and most important, be clear. Know your reader and use the kind of language they expect you to use. This does not mean that you should drop to the level of a barroom or elevated to the level of a Scholar. It just means that in writing reports, you should bear in mind that these reports serve as personal one to one consultations between you and your reader, and that your language should establish a rapport they can feel. You should outline what you want to say before you write it. Many writers "think" as they're typing or writing what they want to say, myself included. But believe me, everything flows smoother, with a lot less rewrite involved, and the finished product is always much better when you've outline what you want to say before you start.
