Q: I have been in practice for over a year and heavily in debt and my practice is not growing. I am depressed and ready to quit. Someone said you can help A: If you have the time .. I recommend you write me .. in detail .. where you are .. what condition your practice is in .. demographics of your work area (5-10 miles around) .. whether there are industry .. clerical workers .. churches .. retail and residential ..what I call the farm. Give me a birdseye idea of what you have done to promote your practice both from within and outside your clinic in the past eight weeks. I'm not concerned about numbers .. let's build as if it's all brand new .. without spending much money. Furthermore .. give me an understanding of where your level of confrontation is .. are you afraid to talk money to patients .. to give a workshop .. to promote with any marketing idea .. this is important .. and then provide me with your goals .. six months and a year from now .. not pie in the sky .. something you think you can meet .. also with it has to be specific action steps .. what you plan to do to reach each goal .. don't send the goals with the action steps. Also .. just to clear the air .. where do you feel there are blocks in your progress .. whatever they are .. let's have it and also about blocks and fears of yourself .. rejection .. failure .. all that stuff. I will place your address on my e-mail list and send under seperate e-mail a bunch of previous stuff. If you have a chance visit my webpage: http://www.mindspring.com/~chirosmart and look under Practice Tips and Cyberconsulting for some immediate ideas Please feel free to e-mail me any questions at anytime ..
