In your body, even the smallest cell has a purpose, a very important purpose. Each cell has a specific job to do, but that cell can not fulfill its purpose without the help of every other cell. Every cell in your body has to work with every other cell in order to accomplish its task. However, each cell is vitally important in the accomplishment of the overall purpose; to sustain the life of the organism it is supporting. Each cell has to give of itself before it can receive from the others. When all the cells are working together, and have the constant flow of give and take, they create "life" or better yet, "energy". All of the cells in your body are working together for the same outcome. Whether it is a brain cell, a lung cell, a stomach cell or a liver cell their job is different but their purpose is the same...to create life-giving energy. If they do not work together, then they do not sustain life. It is no different in your chiropractic office! The first thing a chiropractic office needs is purpose. If your office does not have a purpose, then all the components of the office would not have a greater task, something that they are ultimately working together to sustain. Everyone needs to know the greater purpose so that they can help to maintain the organism; namely the practice. It is vitally important for each part of your office to be working for a greater purpose. No one in your office can be a separate entity. Each person must realize that they are giving to and receiving from others to sustain and give energy to the practice. When every part of the office is doing their job, only then can they create the energy that is needed to sustain the life of that practice!
