Nonetheless .. write something about yourself .. your staff .. your purpose and the office. Be clear about your technique and what you may offer to the patients that was not offered before. If
you are in any insurance networks be sure to outline them. If you intend to provide workshops or any specialized services such as rehab or nutrition be sure to outline this as well. Begin to gather e-mail addresses from everywhere 
in the community to begin a campaign of PR via e-mail and flyers. So much to do just begin a program.  If you want some specific tweaking .. create an outline for the next 3-6 months to promote the practice as well as the letter you wanted and send it to me and I will assist in offering some advice.
