I usually recommend that multiple offices are multiple headaches .. overheads and 
usually a mistake. If you were able to afford it .. having another fully stocked and 
marketed office with associate staff may be profitable .. but how profitable (worth the 
efforts) is the question. It is always best to maintain one clinic .. put the energy and 
funds there and forget about the others. Even if you had associates .. if they leave or 
not as productive as you like .. you lose big.

So .. my advice is forget it
