I recommend you sit down and write a strategic plan .. why mobile .. how you will market 
it .. who do you expect to capture .. what may be the up and down side .. where the 
obstacles may be .. hours of operation .. marketing plans and actual marketing proposals .. 
fees and follow up care schedules .. equipment needed .. risk ups and downs. Give all this 
some thought and send me your report we can go from there
