Opening your mouth and asking your patient¼s to return the next day .. is in reality practice promotion or management. To assist others in your community as well as patient friends and family requires constant telling of the chiropractic story. There are times that indirectly you can get this message out, usually this can be accomplished quite well with active community workshops. Over the past 20 years of practice, I¼ve given many workshops to corporations, church and civic organizations, in restaurants and in social halls .. even patient homes. They are fun and can be very successful in increasing awareness of you and chiropractic. Below is a workshop handout concerning Stress that I recently wrote for a workshop to MCI employees. It can be used anywhere. It may come on your screen cryptic .. as when it passes through my modem and via fiber optics .. or how ever they get these e-mails across land and sea .. it may not look even and clear through your modem .. so .. save it to your word processing program and clean it up. Change it and use it .. keep telling the chiropractic story. Please remember ... chiropractic isn¼t mentioned much in the handout .. you embellish and add during your talk. Also below is a handout given to those that attended my recent weekend seminar on Marketing and Public Relations. This concerns using my CA¼s Marketing and Public Relations Book .. which will be re-titled at the next printing to just Chiropractic Marketing and Public Relations.
