Time again to resolve to a list of hopes, goals and action steps within every endeavor of 
life. Professionally we have a lot to consider as many depend on us. Socially, we have 
friends and families also dependent on our good deeds and wants. So, we have work cut 
out for us with much to consider.  

Doctors and staff, have all the goals you outlined in January 1, 2010 been met or has the 
coulda, shoulda and woulda crept in? I hope it'll be different this year

I hope in 2011 you will create lofty goals with ladder steps to get there. 
I hope you will set aside funds to gather knowledge through seminars and conventions. 
I hope you will spend time and energy establishing staff meetings.
I hope creative ideas will be explored toward practice growth and practice management. 
I hope you will spend time to show your appreciation to your staff and patients 
I hope you will not forget family and friends. 
I hope you will begin to spend less, save more and get out of debt. 
I hope new graduates will find mentor doctors to get them on firm practice ground. 
I hope doctors needing help will feel comfortable asking for help and receiving it. 
I hope your dreams of vacation and time off is met
I hope practice time is less stressful with increased practice efficiency
I hope that if you leap into a new service within the office it goes smoothly
I hope I have been part of your weekly boost
I hope to keep up with my goal of being there for you

I hope your health is the best

Let's hope we all keep hope alive
