Free Spinal Evaluations till December 19th

Dear Friends,

If you are looking for a chiropractor or feel you need a spinal evaluation, please take 
advantage of our special holiday program. We are collecting food for the Food Bank while 
offering our new patient evaluation at no charge except two non-perishable food items or 
$10 for the Food Bank. This is your perfect opportunity to get a conservative answer to 
chronic pain or poor health.

We are located next to the Recreational Center on Franklin Road one block from the High 
School. We are in most insurance programs and have been offering conservative 
chiropractic care since 1993.

Stress is both physical and emotional and can prove detrimental to your health. Chiropractic 
care is part of physical stress relief taking a huge edge off of emotional stress. Since this is 
a yearly community event, see the back of this letter, and health and wellness of our 
neighbors is important, please share this flyer and our event with others at home or work 
and church. You never know how sharing one idea can affect others. It¼s up to you to let 
them know there is another answer to either their chronic pain or poor health.

As with every year, we will participate with the Food Bank Holiday Drive. Please bring 
non-perishable items with you for the needy.

awhile since your last adjustment, I recommend you call us to set up a quick evaluation and 
tune up adjustment. If you call between today and Thanksgiving it¼s free, just be sure to let

are in all the insurance plans except Kaiser.
