PS: If you are an Atlanta DC and wish to participate in timely sharing meetings, let me 
know. I would like to invite you to my Tucker office for workshops concerning various 
aspects of practice management, such as creating a successful PI practice, holiday 
promotions, using the internet to market, public relations, nutrition etc. There will be a 
minimum fee of $25 for my local orchestra as a fund raising opportunity. Reply back 
with your interest. Times will be either on Tue or Thurs from 9-12.

It's that time of year when thoughts should be on your holiday seasonal programs. 
Momentum during the Thanksgiving through New Years period generates the push into 
the New Year we need to build on. Considering the economy and patients elective 
choices on where to spend their money, it behooves us to generate excitement and value 
now so referrals and following schedules keeps the energy alive. 

It is the perfect time to open up the books on winning programs that generated office 
excitement and community awareness in the past. Take the better parts of these programs 
and tweak them better rather that attempting to recreate a losing program. Look through 
your community contacts to renew networking such as churches for mini health fairs, 
corporations to assist with their holiday drives and local charities to generate food, 
clothes and toys for the needy. Generate exposure by tagging along with local sports and 
media celebrities. You never know until you ask your local team or media personnel if 
they can assist your charity drive along with a local food bank or other venue by 
attending or advertising your event. Let your ideas expand with a staff meeting including 
everyone's ideas.
