Driving by a well to do area within my town, IÕm curious why one particular location cannot support a decent restaurant, as one after the other fail. I suppose it could be the economy, the area or the people that live and work there but I doubt it as other restaurants have flourished and survived. So what could it be? Similarly, I often wonder why one chiropractic office makes a decent go of it while those nearby flounder. I suppose it could be the economy, the area or the people that live and work there, but I also doubt it, as others have flourished and survived. So what gives? You tell me.

Could it be the depth of knowledge, sharing capacity and skill of the doctors and staff within? Could it be the goals set and the basic steps taken to reach them? Could it be the creative way the successful clinics step up to what must be done while others just watchfully wait for events to run its course? What do you think?

Doctor, simple steps relate to profound conclusions. If you continue to grow and offer your community a venue for wellness while charging your personal batteries in the process, what else can you ask for? In other words, do you wake up each day exited to get to work, to get your hands on more and more people and share your knowledge to whomever will listen while motivating your staff that success is the result of service, kindness and compassion. There is no higher purpose than to serve. 

But, if you feel incomplete, wondering why all your efforts take awhile to germinate and often wind up is a pile of wasted attempts, then how do you explain it? Limited financial resources, an inability to generate new patients or the universal excuse location, location, location? Possibly but probably not. Considering hiring a high powered chiropractic consultant that literally would come to your office and run it for two week using all your resources limited or not, your present staff and your patient base. I would bet that after a day or two, they would make changes from within, generate excitement from without, create a mission statement and adhere to daily staff meetings and guide a presence of purpose amongst staff, patients and community. They would make it happen.

The difference is the difference. So, be different.
