Be Thankful Life is too short to bicker about mundane issues that will be meaningless later or stupid at best today. Consider this: The best man at my daughters wedding was gunned down execution style after dropping off his young daughter in prep school. 9 am, broad daylight. http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/40332779 Rusty was walking to his car and without provocation or words between them, a man got out of his car and pumped four bullets into his guts. He was dead right there. The police are clueless but consider this a professional, hit. Rusty leaves behind a 4 and 2 year old and a grieving wife with no answers. I am sorry to bring gloom to this e-mail but I want you to be thankful for every moment you have amongst us. Do what you can to protect your family, your assets and insure their future should you leave. If you are alone, cherish those that you hold dear and make every day a journey of more. Plan your long life to be one of joy and happiness fulfilled with an honest days work and within the guidelines of Health and Wellness by providing a unique and distinct art to those that come for assistance. Be a guide through the maze of Sickness and Disease by providing the answers to questions many have and a conduit of community information. Start by appreciating who you are and if there are rough edges, look to smooth them out. Seek professional counsel if needed but be free of the demons that keep you down. Strengthen friendship with those you hold dear and if more is needed, search but don't be complacent with what is, look forward to what it can be. Most important is to appreciate your family, friends and patients. If you have been hasty and forgot, tell them you appreciate them, send them a specific thank you letter or an e- mail and lavish them with more service and love. Time is short on our journey of life and we all encounter rough patches and detours along the way. Gather your wits and strength today to manage through and be stronger for it. Overall, be thankful for every minute, time is too short. I thank each and everyone of you. Wishing you Peace, Harmony and Health this Thanksgiving Dr. M Postings: Dr. Joel E. Life is too precious to squander it with a lack of energy, chronic pain and poor lifestyle habits that can develop into life threatening illness. I am thankful for my first chiropractic adjustment way back in 1972 and the years, since 1978, that I have had the privilege to assist those requesting my help through chiropractic and recently using whole food nutrition to bolster the body towards wellness. Thanks for your support, trust and patient referrals, we truly appreciate it. Yours in Health, Joel E. Margolies, DC
