I¼ve been in practice for a few years and cannot get above 70 visits a 
week, in fact, the last few weeks the numbers have even dipped to 
the 20¼s. There are a few other DC¼s in my town and some are doing 
better even though they have been here less time than me. I once met 
you and we discussed my small town and how I felt about it. You 
mentioned that I may need to move if this is how I felt, I should have 
listened then. Can you give me some advice to get my practice going 
to possibly my leaving town

Thanks for the e-mail. I wish I can provide some encouraging wisdom 
but the reality remains with you. Just remember that with some 
tweaking of your marketing and public relations you can boost your 
numbers dramatically or as much as your area allows. There are 
some DC's with a drawing potential similar to yours that do 
fantastic and even draw from far and wide. Also .. if any of our great 
DC marketing gurus would replace you .. even with your staff and 
budget .. no doubt they can turn your numbers and practice around and 
make it happen. The potential to increase your ability to create new 
patients .. maintain those you have and begin the cycle of referrals 
are available if you wish to make some changes. 

First you need to consider .. prior to moving away .. if you can do it 
on your own. I recommend you purchase or re-read my Smart Start

Practice Tips .. this will give you guidance week by week: 
www.chirosmart.net. Possibly you need a coach .. a consultant to 
kick you in the pants each week and provide you the tools to get it 
going again. Maybe you need to move but first try again to make it 
happen where you are.

to create a demographic farm and create awareness for your office 
and do it differently than you have already.  Outline a program and
