Thanks for the advice. I know that if you don't follow the consultant it is a waste of 
money. I have no problem being confrontational. Since I have been in practice I have been 
on the news twice as "call the doctor", I have don't morning talk show on a radio station, I 
do public speaking, I don't really have a problem with that. My problem is getting all my 
external and internal activites organized. I know nothing of how to negociate leases. I don't 
have much billing experience. These are the areas I need help in. I have been I.C. ing in 
someone elses office and the office is not run efficiently and it is effecting my practice. The 
Doctor does not labor with his staff to make them work efficiently so I am going out on my 
own but I feel insecure in the areas I have decussed. Tell me if you think I can do it on my 
own. I am not afraid to be confrontational but I think I have poor time managment skills.

Thanks for your reply. Again .. it is difficult for me to advise you to spend the thousands 
of dollars it will take for a consultant. I'd rather recommend you take the money and travel 
for a few seminars during a years time. There are DE .. Karl Parker Seminar and Parker 
Seminars. Most of the seminar gurus and consultants offer a discount for a weekend as a 
trial session .. just be prepared to get the heat about joining .. if you can get your act 
together to say thanks but I'd rather think about it .. you can learn a great deal and audition 
the waters for a reduced fee and have some vacations and travel/seminar write offs as well. 
If you feel it is the place to be take advantage of it and join up and in.

As far as your specific concerns .. these are easy problems to handle .. my Smart Start 
Book has a number of your problems answere there and your specific questions I can 
probably answer easily if you ask .. I also recommedn you get about ten DC's together and 
sponser a one day seminar and you can go free and I'll give you some specific one on one
