One letter might go something like this-- Dear ----, First, I want to express how much I appreciate you as a patient. In fact, I want you to know that you are one of my favorite patients, and the fact that you have chosen me as your Chiropractor means a lot to me. I've also learned that people tend to associate with others who are like them. While I get many different types of patients from many sources, there is nothing I would like more than getting patients who are like you. And that's why I want to make you this offer. If you know any others who I can be of help to, just sent them over and let me know about them. I will provide them with a FREE (consultaton or examination or X-ray or discount or whatever you are comfortable with), just because they are friends of yours.
