 I am looking to participate in health fairs. I cannot find companies
who organize them. I called the hotels and they say they don't have 
any info for me. Do you have any info for me

Thanks for your e-mail .. I will post your request this week. 

Usually to participate in a health fair .. you must create awareness 
of your office. Rather than calling hotels .. which probably has 
nothing to do with a health fair unless you want to rent their space 
and create a community health fair with a number of local 
healthcare provider alliances .. you need to contact the folks that 
usually have health fairs and this is your local corporation or small 
businesses.

First step is to contact local companies .. you can drive around and 
determine who is locally (all this information can be found in my 
Smart Start or Marketing Book) and create a Marketing Farm .. 5-10 
miles around your office. Also .. begin asking patients where they 
work and determine if health fairs have been offered there. 

Create a proposal letter about your Health Fair ideas and let them 
either read it via the mail or hand delivered by your patient and set 
up programs this way.
