conquer one's fears I've always felt the best way to conquer one's fears is to be prepared. When I was active in music and became professional .. I found that playing the extremes always worked. Practice higher and lower than necessary as well as louder and softer. If you developed the extremes .. the usual and customary were always easy. Same as ball players .. warming up with heavier bats and extra stretches makes the action of the game less stressful. Therefore .. repetitive drilling and scripting without being a robot (with understanding the concept and value) about it will add to the strength of the presentatioin whether before one person knocking on their door or before a classroom of corporate leaders. Some great musicians were close to the edge of greatness but were prevented from displaying their talent due to fear or being shy. Those that overcame these fears did so by using this energy of fear as a generator of energy driving their talent. They became perfectionists and on talent alone succeeded .. but it took hard practice before each rehearsal and performance. Seminars are practice sessions .. practice at home or office are the rehearsals and going out and doing it is the performance. Best not to skip a segment. Have a Great Day Joel
