One of the many things you can do during the holiday season to generate dozens of new patients is to host a special dinner for about 10 of your best patients...AND their friends. It's easy, fun, relaxed, and an awesome way to acquire 5 - 10 new patients in one night. Here's What To Do: Secure a restaurant in your area. Have appetizers like soup or salad and three entrees to choose from with fixed prices for everything. (You do NOT want an ala cart menu as this will get too expensive). Set a date and time for the event. Then, start asking your favorite patients to join you for dinner and explain to them that you want to have a focus group on how to improve things in your office in 2004. Tell them they must bring a friend because you also want to know how to improve your new patient communication and get feedback on some common objections from non-chiropractic patients. Here's the best part: When your dinner guests ask you their questions, tell you their "hang-ups", or communicate their objections about chiropractic, you get to answer and solve them right there at the dinner table. In other words, they have no reason NOT to become your patients after the dinner! Makre sure you bring a sign-in-sheet that has names and phone numbers so you can follow up with everyone after the dinner. Send thank-you's to everyone and offer the prospective new patients an opportunity to come into your office at a reduced fee or for free, etc.
