I am in need of finding legal advise on developing a cash practice 
with a monthly fee for wellness (unlimited care as needed) for 
families and individuals but also want to be able to take advantage 
of anyone who has third party plans (insurance coverage for 
chiropractic). Can you point me in the right direction to find a legal 
professional that can advise me on this and help setup a financial 
fee system for the office

There are many generic Service Contracts that can be obtained .. 
possibly even from Office Depot. But .. states may vary as far as 
contracts for pre-paid plans. Some boards require the money be 
placed in a bank account that bears no interest that you can tap into 
once the services are rendered. You¼ll have to check with your state 
board. In fact .. I would call the New Jersey Chiropractic 
associations and ask them if they have any forms or ideas and better 
yet if needed some legal guidance. All boards have attorneys on 
retainer and your question will not be unique. 

Dr. Bob Hoffman has a pre-paid plan. He can be reached at: 1-800-
POWER-91. I am sure they have the material you need but be sure 
they know you are in New Jersey .. his practice is in NY so he should 
be aware of the needs of NJ. Dr. Dennis Nikitow also has a cash 
practice program .. not sure of his number but it may be on my 
webpage under weblinks. Also .. you may wish to call Dr. Pete 
Fernandez .. he has a bookstore and has many clients from NJ .. they
