Thank you for your response regarding the position in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Let us tell you a little about the position.  In the beginning of April 
2000, we will need two DC's to work at a busy practice in Costa Rica.  The 
term is one year, and renewable based on your performance.

This practice currently ranges from 180 to 250+ visits per week.  The vist 
cost is equivalent to about $12 US dollars/visit.  It is growing at an 
alarming rate due to new advertising.  Patient referrals are currently the 
largest marketing tool.  You will have your own patient base, and will be 
required to care for those patients, and market new ones.  The practice is 
straight in nature, with no modalities.  Patients are there because they 
want to be healthy and believe in Chiropractic, not just because they may be 
in pain.  Patient age ranges from infants to elderly.  Philosophical 
Chiropractic is all that they know, and we do not want to jeapordize their 
beautiful understanding of what we do.

It is a paid position (salary + percentage of money brought in), with 
possible added incentives to achieve.  We want you to do well and be 
comfortable so you may want to renew at the end of the year term.  We are in 
the process of opening clinics all over Central America, and need team 
leaders to move up the ladder and grow with us.  We are providing an 
opportunity for you practice Chiropractic the way it was meant to be, 
without opposition and scrutiny.  Medical doctors here realize that we are 
separate and distinct, and refer to our office out of appreciation for what 
Chiropractic is about.

The clinic is in a busy part of the city.  We have company paid living 
quarters available for the incoming doctors.  It's a beautiful, new three 
bedroom house in the mountains, 20-25 minutes from the office.  While in 
Costa Rica the doctors will have access to an automobile.  Maid service 
(cooking,cleaning,laundry) is available for about $6-$7 US dollars/day, if 
you desire.  You have the option of many things available in the states 
(cable TV, internet access, nearby fitness centers, nightclubs, etc.) Oh 
yes, we cannot forget the beautiful beaches, rainforest and culture of Costa 
Rica.
