Is there better things to say than your typical chiropractic flyer. A: If the apartment has a clubhouse .. begin setting up monthly workshops on various health related issues. If the complex is kind enough to provide you the mailing list begin a mailing campaign. If they cannot do this and the complex apartments are logically numbered, find out how the mail is addressed and create labels for them. On flyers and mailings be sure to note any specialty you feel comfortable with .. such as sports, PI or wellness. Remember the people usually living in apartments are often younger and without kids. The buttons that make them work are reduced stress .. fitness .. reduces sports injuries and such. Offer them some complimentary value but if you place some offer such as canned food for a local food bank it may work better for everyone.
